У статті обґрунтовано типологію стратегій цифрової трансформації підприємства на основі інтеграції механізмів ризикостійкості. Розроблено матрицю диференціації стратегій, що узгоджує рівні організаційної архітектури з типами цифрових змін. Запропоновано показник цифрового співвідношення стійкості цінності для оцінювання ефективності трансформаційних процесів в умовах невизначеності.
